Milkshakes can be creamy, delicious and slimming.  For one thing they can load you up with calcium, which plays a crucial role in making fat cells burn more fat, say University of Tennessee researchers.  And when sweetened with vitamin C rich fruit say-kiwi fruit, mango, or orange they help prevent the buildup of abdominal fat , according to a recent study.

Creamy Orange Milkshake

In a blender  combine:

1/3 cup of orange juice

1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/4 tsp sugar

1/2 cup ice
